Accessibility
A site that works for everyone.
Updated October 15, 2026
Our goal
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA.
What we support
- Full keyboard navigation, including menus, questions, dialogs and the cookie banner, with a "Skip to content" link.
- Visible focus outlines on every link, button and form field.
- Text alternatives for meaningful images; decorative illustrations are hidden from screen readers.
- Colour contrast that meets AA, in both light and dark mode.
- Reduced motion: if your device asks for less motion, animations stop and content shows in its final state.
- Labelled form fields with clear, specific error messages.
Known limits
Some illustrations, like the world map and the Yonder app mockups, are decorative and summarised in text rather than described in detail. We check the site regularly, but some issues may slip through.
Tell us about a barrier
If anything on this site is hard to use, email egxscales@gmail.com or call or text 587-834-4951. We'll fix it where we can and give you the information another way in the meantime.
