Using this website

By using the EGXSCALES website, you agree to these terms. Please use the site lawfully and don't try to disrupt it, misuse its forms or copy its content for commercial use without permission.

General information only

Information on this site is general. It isn't professional advice and isn't a guarantee of any outcome or offer.

Your written agreement comes first

Any services we provide are governed by your signed written agreement or quote. If anything in these terms conflicts with your written agreement, the written agreement wins.

How we work

• Month to month. Either of us can cancel with 30 days' written notice. An email is enough.
• In writing first. Scope, limits and price are agreed in writing before work starts.
• No surprise work. Extra work is quoted and approved by you in writing.
• Ad spend. You pay ad spend directly to Google or Meta from ad accounts you own. Our fees are separate from ad spend.
• Yonder CRM. Yonder CRM is a separate service from ad management. A free 30-day Yonder trial may be offered with ad management; continuing after the trial requires a separate written agreement.
• Fees. Quoted in Canadian dollars (CAD). GST is added for Canadian clients.

Ownership

You own your accounts, data and customer lists. Once paid, you also own the final deliverables we make for you, such as your website, brand files and ad creative.

Results

We don't guarantee specific results. Ad performance depends on your market, budget, offer, season and the platforms themselves. We report the real numbers every month.

Confidentiality

We keep your business information confidential, and we ask you to do the same with ours, such as our pricing, methods and materials.

Platform rules

Google, Meta and other platforms have their own policies, which apply to your campaigns and accounts. We can't control platform decisions such as ad disapprovals or account suspensions, but we'll help you respond to them.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to our services or this site is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
